Cancellation Policy:

If the booking is cancelled by guests:

  • 72 hours before the date of the excursion: No cancellation charges shall be applicable.
  • 48 – 72 hours before the date of the excursion: 50% of the booking amount shall be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Less than 48 hours before the date of the excursion, or in case of no show: 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as a cancellation fee.

 

The Operator may choose to cancel any excursion with prior notice, in which case, all confirmed bookings will be fully refunded.
Any refund will be credited to your credit/debit card.

Note: A confirmation receipt is sent by e-mail to confirm the booking. All official communication shall be done via the email address provided by you. We will not be responsible for an incorrect email being provided by you.

Terms and Conditions:

Bin Majid Tourism reserves the right to amend, alter, vary, or withdraw any holiday package without any prior notice. Rates are subject to change due to fluctuations depending on time and circumstances. Bin Majid Tourism will not be held responsible for offering a price match to a previously seen rate. The itinerary may be modified based on various factors like maintenance of monuments, museums, major events like sports conventions, religious festivals, etc.

Bin Majid Tourism reserves the right to change the itinerary or dates or cancel a tour due to unforeseen reasons and will not take any responsibility for any charges the customer may incur due to the change in itinerary. All services will be as per those specified and paid for as per Service Vouchers. If you avail of any service that is not included in the Package or get yourself upgraded, then the payment for the same will have to be cleared by you directly. Please note that tips, gratuities, room service, laundry, excess baggage charges, à la carte meals, alcoholic beverages, and soft drinks, etc. are not included unless specifically mentioned as included.

Please note that travel insurance is not included in the tour price and all medical costs and other costs involved must be paid by the client. It is therefore strongly recommended to our clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure to meet any contingencies. We can arrange for the same on request.

The package prices don’t include special dinners or mandatory charges levied by the hotels, especially during New Year and other special occasions. Preponing or postponing a confirmed tour may result in additional costs. Refer to individual tours for any specific terms and conditions related to them.
