In this cooking class, you will learn to prepare the Omani style of:<\/p><ul><li>Marination of the beef<\/li><li>Traditional cooking method<\/li><li>Making qabooli rice<\/li><li>Salad, sweet, and drinks<\/li><li>Served alongside the main course<\/li><\/ul><p>You will also be welcomed with complimentary Omani coffee and Meshan special dates.<\/p><p>These 2 days of cooking class will immerse you in cultural stories about Omani food and traditions, guided by talented and experienced Omani chefs. On the first day, you will work hands-on with our chef to prepare the shuwa, which will then be buried in the traditional oven.
